We believe that our clients should never feel unsure about financial commitments and should always be able to simply understand what they are paying for. By having a clear and transparent pricing policy, along with easy to read invoicing and payment options, you are guaranteed peace of mind.

We do not hide any fees. While each client package is individual, it is put together based on our standard rates giving our clients confidence they have made the right choice with Take Five Homecare. This is a commitment to you that we will never change.

Live in Care Pricing

What is the call-out fee for?

A one-off fee is charged each visit to contribute towards travel costs for your assistant, to and from your home. We have a flat fee policy whether your assistant needs to travel out of town or right next door, helping to keep our pricing simple to understand.

What will my hourly charge be?

Our flat fee hourly rates are £21.50 for the first hour we spend with you on any single visit. After the first hour, the rate reduces to £10.00 per half hour. Live-in care is charged on a weekly basis.

What about Public Holidays?

Your assistant will be paid more for working on a Public Holiday so we need to increase our charges slightly. This will depend largely on how much support you need so will be confirmed on an individual basis.

Who pays the tax for my assistant?

All Home Care staff members are employed by us so we pay all tax, national insurance and pension contributions for them.
